2. Sample delivery: Send product samples to a third-party testing agency for testing.

3. Testing and inspection: Testing includes physical and mechanical safety testing, flammability testing, toxicity testing, radiation testing, noise testing and chemical composition analysis to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the EN71 standard.

4. Certificate issuance and application: If the product meets the requirements, the testing agency will issue an EN71 certificate and submit the test results to the EN71 certification agency for approval. After being approved by the EN71 certification agency, you can submit the EN71 certificate to the EU and apply for the EN71 certification mark.
