Toy dolls exported to the United States need to undergo ASTM F963 testing. ASTM F963 is the American toy testing standard. It is a mandatory certification for toy testing in the United States. As long as toy products exported to the United States, ASTM F963 testing is required. Testing items include physical and mechanical performance testing, combustion performance testing, chemical performance testing, etc.



Toy doll American ASTMF963 testing items:

1. Physical and mechanical performance testing: including impact test, drop test, tensile test for component removal, pressure test, deflection test, etc. to ensure the structural stability and use safety of the toy.

2. Combustion performance test: The toy is mainly burned horizontally, and the self-burning speed along the main axis after the toy catches fire is stipulated to be 2.5mm/s lower to ensure that the toy will not cause serious fire hazards during use.

3. Chemical performance test: Mainly tests the migration of eight heavy metals and total lead content. The total lead content test method includes two types of metal substrates and non-metal substrates. American ASTMF963 testing process for toy dolls:
