EAC certification process for diapers in Russia:
1. Fill in the Customs Union CU-TR certification application form and confirm the name, model, quantity and product customs code of the exported diapers.
2. The certification agency (such as Rongyida) confirms the product category based on the customs code and product information, and decides on the certification plan.
3. According to the certification scheme of the certification body, the manufacturer submits product information and technical documents in Russian, test reports and supply contracts with CIS countries.
4. Experts from the certification agency go to the production factory to conduct product testing and quality system audits (if necessary).
5. If the initial audit fails, the production factory needs to modify product information documents or quality system documents based on the opinions of institutional experts.
6. The certification agency prepares a draft of the certificate. After the applicant confirms that the draft is accurate, it feeds it back to the agency.
7. The certificate is issued and filed on the official website.
8. Paste the EAC certification mark on the diaper packaging and clear customs with a copy of the certificate.
