In addition to the standard CE compliance requirements, some countries also have detailed regulations on the external packaging of products, personalized product certification, color identification of packaging containers, time marking methods, and even website design.

(2) EU TPD (Tobacco Products Directive)
The Tobacco Product Directive (TPD) is used to regulate and supervise the production, sales, display (product design, packaging, etc.) of products and all tobacco and tobacco-related products (such as electronic cigarette products). At present, in most EU member states, electronic cigarettes are regulated and managed according to entertainment consumer products. From 2016, electronic cigarettes and related products will be subject to the regulation of Article 20 of the TPD.
1. Main contents of product electronic announcement

(2) List of ingredients and content of released substances;
(3) Toxicological data;
(4) Nicotine dose intake information;
(5) Product composition and production process description;
(6) Statement of responsibility for product quality and safety.
2. Requirements for smoke oil and liquid receiver
The cigarette oil containing nicotine is only put on the market in a professional filler, and the volume of the filling container is not more than 10mL. In a disposable electronic cigarette or a single-use cigarette cartridge, the volume of the cigarette cartridge or liquid container is not more than 2mL.
3. Requirements for nicotine
(1) The content of nicotine in tobacco oil containing nicotine shall not exceed 20mg/mL;
(2) Under normal use conditions, the nicotine release of electronic cigarettes should be maintained at a stable level.
4. Test requirements for electronic cigarette TPD
Test the content of the following chemical substances in the smoke emitted by the electronic smoker, including the first 3 items of the test for products without tobacco oil, and all 7 items of the test for products with tobacco oil.
