Effective date of electronic cigarette TPD regulation:

Effective from May 20, 2016;

It will come into full force and implementation in May 2017.

By May 2017, the relevant processes and product standards of all importers and manufacturers of electronic cigarette products must comply with the provisions of TPD, otherwise they will not be able to continue to sell in the EU.
