Why does Amazon require a CPC certificate? According to the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) of the United States, manufacturers and importers of children's products must provide a written Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on the test results of the Queming Laboratory recognized by CPSC to prove that their products meet the corresponding child product safety regulations.

The CPC certification of Amazon America is a compulsory certification for children's products. If there is no CPC certification, it is impossible to sell products on the platform.

CPC certificate contains information

Product identification information covered by this certificate;

CPSC children's product safety regulations and regulations cited by certified products;

The company information of the United States import or manufacturer to be certified;

Contact information of test data maintenance personnel;

The production date and address of the product need to be detailed to the city;

Date and place of compliance test of consumer product safety regulations (information of the third party testing agency);

A third-party laboratory approved by cpsa for certification of required compliance tests.
