2. Starting from December 1, 2010, the accessible leather accessories (including synthetic leather) shall not exceed 600ppm, and starting from December 1, 2011, they shall be reduced to 300ppm. (During the transition period, the product contains different small pieces of leather and can be sold, but one of the following warning words is required:)

4. Starting from December 1, 2010, except for cubic zircon, crystal, glass, or rhinestone, other accessible accessories shall not exceed 300 ppm.

5. Starting from December 1, 2011, the defendant retailer was prohibited from selling and providing products with lead limits implemented from December 1, 2010 in California.

6. Starting from December 1, 2012, the defendant retailers were not allowed to sell and provide products with lead limits in California that were implemented from December 1, 2011 within 15 days of the implementation of the settlement agreement.
