CPSIA (Children's Product Safety Improvement Act) is a safety improvement act signed and effective by US President Bush on August 14, 2008. The act imposes strict requirements and restrictions on the safety of children's products, especially on the content of harmful substances such as lead and phthalates.

ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) is the American Society for Testing and Materials, an international standard setting agency that covers many products and services, including toys and children's products. ASTM F963 is an American toy testing standard developed under the auspices of ASTM, which mainly tests the safety performance of physical and mechanical properties, combustion characteristics, toxicity, and other aspects.

CPC is a certificate issued by an authorized laboratory after the product has been tested and the test data meets relevant regulations. Certified by the Consumer Product Safety Association (CPSC) of the United States, it has been upgraded to participate in government agencies, especially in assisting in strengthening the review of US sea cargo customs. If the goods are found as standard products by Gome Customs, they will be detained and released only after being submitted to the CPC certification meeting. If it is detected by Amazon, it will be forcibly removed from the listing until the submitted CPC passes the review before resuming the listing.

The CPC certificate is issued by a laboratory authorized by CPSC in accordance with CPSIA+ASTM regulations after passing the test and assisting in drafting a children's product certificate.
