Ingredient list (pulp type, coating materials such as silicone oil, adhesive type).
Production process description (indicate whether bleaching has been performed and whether fluorescent brighteners have been used).
Sample requirements:
Complete samples of 3-5 rolls (each roll length ≥1 meter), with batch numbers marked.
If there is a coating (such as silicone oil), a separate coating material testing report is required.
3. Laboratory testing and report issuance
Organization selection:
Must possess CMA/CNAS qualifications (such as the CNAS registration number of Dezerwei Testing: L8083).
Inspection cycle and cost:
Cycle: 5-7 working days (for regular projects, excluding rectification).
Cost: 800-1500 yuan (charged based on the number of samples and testing items, with a single item of fluorescent whitening agent costing about 300 yuan).
Core content of the report:
It is necessary to clearly label "conforms to GB 4806.8-2022", including the testing items, limits, actual measured values, and conclusions.
4. Compliance labeling and market access
Product identification requirements:
The packaging must be printed with the words "for food contact" and the material (such as "silicone greaseproof paper for food contact").
If there are temperature limitations (such as a temperature tolerance of 220℃), the usage conditions should be indicated simultaneously.
Report purpose:
E-commerce platforms and supermarkets require testing reports for product procurement, which are also available for inspection during unannounced inspections by regulatory authorities.

Excessive fluorescent whitening agent: Choose unbleached paper without added fluorescent agent or raw materials clearly labeled as "no fluorescent".
