Date:2024-03-08 11:16:57 Classification :【question】 Visits:
MSDS is a comprehensive legal document on the characteristics of chemicals that chemical production or sales companies provide to customers in accordance with legal requirements. It provides sixteen items including physical and chemical parameters of chemicals, combustion and explosion properties, health hazards, safe use and storage, leakage disposal, first aid measures and relevant laws and regulations.

The preparation requirements for the disinfectant water MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet, chemical safety instructions) report include the following aspects:

1. Basic information: Provide detailed contact information of the applicant or company, such as name, address, contact person, telephone number, fax and email address, etc. In addition, detailed information about the product must be provided, such as product name, model, nature, use, and exporting country.

2. Chemical ingredients: List all chemical ingredients and their percentages (CAS NO.) contained in the product. This is key information to ensure product safety and compliance. These chemical ingredients may have an impact on human health or the environment, so they need to be clearly identified in the MSDS report.

3. Physical and chemical properties: Describe the physical and chemical properties of the product, including appearance, color, odor, density, melting point, boiling point, flash point, flammability, reactivity, etc. This information helps users understand the basic characteristics of the product and take appropriate safety measures during use and storage.

Health and environmental hazards: Evaluate the possible hazards that products may cause to human health (such as irritation, toxicity, carcinogenesis, teratogenicity, etc.) and the environment, and provide corresponding preventive measures. This includes describing the harmful effects that the product may have during use and how these effects can be avoided or mitigated.

Safe handling and storage advice: Provides advice on how to handle and store products safely, including measures to prevent fire, explosion, and leakage. In addition, emergency response measures should be provided, such as first aid measures and fire extinguishing methods.

Transportation information: Describes the regulations and precautions that need to be followed during transportation of the product to ensure the safety of the product during transportation.
