Belt EU REACH testing process:

1. Sample preparation: First, you need to prepare the belt sample to be tested. These samples should include raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to allow for a comprehensive assessment of processing and quality assurance measures.

2. Select a testing agency: Choose a third-party testing agency with relevant qualifications and experience to conduct REACH testing. Make sure the chosen institution can conduct testing in accordance with the EU's REACH regulations and related standards.

3. Submit samples: Send the prepared samples to the selected testing agency. When submitting samples, you may need to provide product-related information, such as material composition, production process, etc.

4. Testing process: The testing agency will conduct detailed testing on the samples to evaluate whether they contain harmful substances restricted by REACH regulations. These testing items may include SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) testing, chemical substance testing, heavy metal testing, and ecotoxicology testing.

5. Prepare a test report: After the test is completed, the testing agency will prepare a detailed test report listing all test items and results. This report will serve as the basis for whether the product complies with REACH regulations.

6. Prepare a compliance statement: Based on the results of the test report, the manufacturer needs to prepare a compliance statement to confirm that the product meets the requirements of the REACH directive. The declaration of conformity should include product information, test results and manufacturer's commitment. In the declaration, manufacturers are required to describe steps they have taken to reduce and replace the use of hazardous substances and provide relevant information on supply chain management.

7. Submit application materials: The manufacturer submits the declaration of conformity and other relevant documents to relevant agencies or government departments for review. These agencies will evaluate the submitted materials to ensure that the products comply with the requirements of the REACH regulations.

8. Obtain certification: If the product meets the requirements of REACH regulations, the manufacturer will obtain the corresponding certification or certificate to prove that its product can be sold and used in the EU market.
