1. Project application:
The enterprise or manufacturer submits a ROHS testing application for refrigerator magnets to the selected ROHS certification agency.
When submitting an application, you may be required to provide basic information, usage, materials and other relevant information about the product.
2. Data preparation:
According to the requirements of the certification body, the enterprise or manufacturer prepares relevant documents, such as product specifications, material lists, technical documents, etc.
These documents need to detail the product’s composition, materials, production processes and other information.
3. Product testing:
The enterprise or manufacturer sends the refrigerator magnet samples to be tested to the laboratory of the certification agency.
In accordance with the requirements of the ROHS directive, the laboratory conducts detailed chemical analysis on the samples to detect whether they contain heavy metals and harmful substances that exceed the limit value.
4. Test items:

The limit values of each substance are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the ROHS directive.
5. Prepare reports:
The certification engineer of the certification body prepares a ROHS test report based on the test results.
The report will list in detail various test data, conclusions and the determination of whether it meets the requirements of the ROHS directive.
6. Submit for review:
The certification engineer submits the complete ROHS test report to the internal audit department for review.
The review department will review the data, conclusions, etc. of the report to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the report.
7. Issuing report:
After the review is correct, the certification body will officially issue a ROHS test report.
The report will serve as proof that the enterprise or manufacturer's products comply with the requirements of the ROHS directive.
