1. CE certification (EU market)

In the EU market, children's toys need to comply with CE certification requirements. CE certification is a mandatory certification mark indicating that the product meets the EU's safety, health and environmental protection requirements. For toys, CE certification needs to comply with the Toy Directive TOY 2009/48/EC and EN71-1, EN71-2, and EN71-3 standards. 2. CPC certification (US market)

CPC certification needs to comply with the requirements of the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). In addition, products sold to the U.S. market for children under the age of 12 must also comply with tracking label requirements.

3. Label content compliance

The TEMU platform requires sellers to strictly abide by product packaging label regulations. The label content must include product name/model, manufacturer name, manufacturer address, origin information, production date/production batch number, age mark, warning instructions, etc. This information should be presented in the official language of the country of sale. For products containing small parts, button batteries, etc. that may pose a risk of suffocation, corresponding warnings need to be marked on the main view of the packaging.

4. Physical drawings and qualification certificates

Sellers need to upload clear product photos and product label information on the TEMU platform. The qualification certificate needs to include the official CE certificate issued by the laboratory, the corresponding test report, including the name, signature or seal of the testing laboratory. The certificate needs to clearly display specific information, including certificate number, product name, product model, manufacturer, etc.

5. Other requirements

In addition to the above requirements, the TEMU platform may also have other specific requirements, such as additional testing or certification requirements for certain specific products. Before listing products, sellers should carefully read the relevant regulations of the TEMU platform to ensure that the products meet all requirements.
