After the implementation of the standard, the electronic cigarette products sold on the market must meet the national standards, and the products and services that do not meet the mandatory standards shall not be produced, sold, imported or provided.

2. The electromagnetic compatibility performance design of electronic cigarette sets shall meet the requirements of GB 4343.1;

3. The selection of materials in contact with oral cavity, aerosol and electronic smoke emission shall meet the requirements of GB 4806.1, GB 4806.3~GB 4806.11;

4. The selection of materials that are not in contact with oral cavity, aerosol and electronic smoke emission shall comply with the limit requirements of restricted substances in homogeneous materials (GB/T 26572 (China RoHS Limit Requirements Standard);

5. It should not induce minors, and should not make the characteristic flavor of the product present other flavors except tobacco; The aerosol shall contain nicotine;

6. Lithium ion batteries and battery packs shall comply with the identification and safety requirements of SJ/T 11796;

7. Nicotine extracted from tobacco should be used, and the purity should not be less than 99% (mass fraction);

8. 101 kinds of additives in Annex A are allowed to be used for aerosol additives, and the maximum amount is set;

9. Electronic cigarette sets and cartridges using electronic cigarette liquid shall have a closed structure to prevent artificial filling;

11. The electronic cigarette set shall have the protection function of preventing children from starting and preventing accidental starting;

12. The temperature of atomization area shall not be higher than 350 ℃;

13. The concentration of nicotine in the aerosol shall not be higher than 20mg/g, and the total amount of nicotine shall not be higher than 200mg;

14. The amount of nicotine released per mouth shall not be higher than 0.2mg;

15. The limit value requirements are put forward for the impurities and pollutants 2,3-butanedione, heavy metals and arsenic in the atomization;

16. The limit values of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein and 2,3-butanedione in the carbonyl compounds of electronic cigarette are put forward.
