ROHS test scope and test cycle

ROHS test is applicable to 27 EU member countries: France, Federal Republic of Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Britain, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Cyprus, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania.


ROHS test method

Send the relevant products to the professional laboratory for testing. The products should be divided into single and uniform materials for testing. Among them, lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) and other six harmful substances should meet the RoHS directive requirements. If they meet the requirements, they can obtain the RoHS conformity report and certificate. If they do not meet the requirements, they must find another product to replace them.


ROHS sample preparation

Before submitting the products for inspection, the manufacturer should carefully split and package the products for inspection in advance, and mark the product name and number on each package respectively. In principle, the weight required for each component inspection is: 20-40g solid, 20-40mg liquid.
