The State of California reached an agreement ruling on the exposure of lead and Phthalic acid salts to users who use or operate toys or other children's products. The ruling ruled that certain products sold by manufacturers in California must not contain lead and Phthalic acid. "Phthalic acid free" means that the content of each of Phthalic acid DEHP (di (2-ethyl) hexyl Phthalic acid), BBP (butyl benzyl Phthalic acid), DBP (Dibutyl phthalate), DIDP (di isophthalate Phthalic acid) and DnHP (di hexyl Phthalic acid) in specific products does not exceed 0.1% (1.000ppm).
