In addition, this policy also applies to children's multi-purpose helmets that are not specifically stated in their marketing or promotion activities.

This policy does not apply to helmets specifically marketed or promoted for designated activities other than cycling, such as skateboarding, roller skating, baseball, hockey, etc.

Ordinary or adult bicycle helmets are not applicable to this policy.

Children's snowboarding and snowboarding helmets


Biboard and snowboarding helmets are specifically designed and manufactured for both snowboarding and snowboarding. Such helmets include hard shells (made of materials including but not limited to plastic, glass fiber or carbon fiber) and cushioned linings (usually made of polystyrene foam). According to the requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Act of the United States, double ski helmets and single ski helmets designed primarily for children aged 12 or below are considered children's goods and are subject to this policy.


If a helmet is claimed to be suitable for children's snowboarding, snowboarding, or other similar activities during marketing or promotion, this policy applies to the helmet. In addition, this policy also applies to children's multi-purpose helmets that are not specifically stated in their marketing or promotion activities.


This policy does not apply to helmets specifically marketed or promoted for designated activities other than snowboarding or snowboarding, such as skateboarding, roller skating, baseball, hockey, etc.
