What are the inspection items for colorant Reach?
1、 The Reach detection items for colorants include the following:
1. Lead content (Pb): 0.1%
2. Cadmium content (Cd): 0.05%
3. Phthalate esters: The total of 7 phthalate esters (DEHP, BBP, DIBP, DIBP sum, DINP, DIDP, DNOP sum) shall not exceed 0.1%
4. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs): BAP not exceeding 0.0001%, total of 8 items not exceeding 0.001%
5. Prohibited Azo Dyes (AZO): The total of 22 items is less than 30PPM
6. Nickel release: less than 0.2 μ G/cm2/week or less than 0.88 μ G/cm2/week
7. Dimethyl fumarate (DMFa): less than 0.1ppm
8. Short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs): less than 0.1%
9. Organic tin compounds: 7 types of organic tin compounds (triphenyltin (TPhT), tributyltin (TBT), trioctyltin (TOT), tripropyltin (TPT), tricyclohexyltin (TcyT) with a total of less than 0.1%, dibutyltin (DBT) with a total of less than 0.1%, and dioctyltin (DOT) with a total of less than 0.1%)
10. Pentachlorophenol (PCP): less than 0.1%
11. NPEO, NP, and NPEO content: less than 0.1%
12. PFOA: 1ug/m2
13. PFOS.
2、 The process for handling REACH testing of colorants can be applied according to the following steps:
1. The applicant shall fill out the REACH testing application form and provide a list of product components that require REACH testing.
2. Determine the REACH testing cost based on the provided material color.
3. After confirming the quotation, sign the filing application form and service agreement, pay the full REACH testing fee, and prepare the testing samples.
