These high chairs do not meet the performance requirements of mandatory safety standards for high chairs, and there is a risk of being trapped and falling. The high chair also does not meet the safety requirements of CPSC, and baby sleep product rules and regulations_ Infant safe sleep methods, as they are sold for infant sleep with a tilt angle greater than 10 degrees, pose a risk of suffocation. The high chair and its packaging also lack information on tracking label requirements that contain certain components, such as production dates, which are necessary for children's products (including durable baby or toddler products).

The seller British Brosishop Ltd (operating under the name iCraves) has not responded to CPSC's request to recall high chairs.

These high chairs are sold online for approximately $260. However, the website is no longer running. High chairs are available in the following colors: peach pink, green, purple, and blue. The high chair has a tilting function that allows babies to sleep. The packaging lists Bestbaby and model BS-806. All labels on the high chair are in Mandarin.
