4. Test other chemicals contained in umbrellas, such as dyes, antioxidants, etc.



EU REACH testing process:

1. Determine product scope and testing standards: According to the EU REACH regulations, different types of products have different testing requirements and scopes. Therefore, it is necessary to first determine the test scope and applicable standards for umbrellas.

2. Select a certification body: Choose a certification body with EU REACH certification qualifications and contact it to learn about the specific testing procedures and requirements.

3. Submit application: Submit an application to the certification agency and provide necessary product information and materials.

4. Laboratory testing: The certification agency will conduct laboratory testing on the umbrellas to detect various chemical substances contained in them. Test items will vary based on the characteristics and use of the product.

5. Evaluation and reporting: The certification body will evaluate the test results and issue a REACH report. The report will include the types, concentrations and restrictions of chemical substances contained in the product.

6. Declaration of conformity: If the umbrella meets the requirements of the REACH regulations, the certification body will issue a declaration of conformity to prove that the product complies with the EU's restrictive requirements.

7. Registration and notification: If the product contains SVHC substances, the applicant needs to complete the registration and notification procedures within the time limit specified in the REACH regulations.
