According to the latest news, the Consumer Product Safety Commission of the United States has issued a direct and final regulation amending the Federal Safety Standard for Portable Infant Baskets (16 CFR 1225). Portable baby baskets shall comply with all applicable provisions of the ASTM F2050-19 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Portable Baby Baskets, as specified by the direct final regulation. The ASTM standard ASTM F2050-19, "Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Handheld Baby Baskets," certified by the CPC for portable baby baskets, is applicable to rigid (e.g., baby car seats removed from cars) or semi rigid portable baskets.

According to the regulations, unless a material adverse opinion is received before June 19, 2020, the regulations will enter into force on August 3, 2020.

CPC Certification Standard for Handheld Infant Basket ASTMF2050-19; And CPSIA (lead, phthalates)

Children's product certificates for all hand-held baby baskets you apply for

A test report issued by a laboratory accredited by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission confirming that each product has passed the test and meets the above regulations/standards

Note: The test report must include the following images of the product being tested: packaging, compliance signs, warning labels, and age classification (if applicable). The product image on the inspection report and the product image on the details page must display the same product.
