1、 ST 2016 Scope of Application
The Japanese Toy Standard (ST2016) applies to toys for children aged 14 and under, including requirements for toys for children under 18 months old, toys for children under 3 years old, and toys for children under 10 years old.

2、 ST2016 testing items
To obtain the ST logo, it is necessary to comply with Japanese toy safety standards. The standards can be divided into the following three parts:
Part 1- Physical and Mechanical Testing: Focusing on the Hazards of Toys to Children
Part 2- Flammability Testing: Pay attention to the flammability properties of toys
Part 3- Chemical Properties: Pay attention to the toxicity of different toy materials (especially PVC, PE, rubber, paint coatings, and textiles)
