1、 United States
According to the requirements of the US FDA, for ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Transfer System) components and components (including electronic cigarette oil, glass and plastic containers containing electronic cigarette oil, cigarette bombs, atomizers, batteries, etc.), a market entry application PMTA is required.

2、 EU
According to the updated TPD (Tobacco Product Directive) tobacco product directive 2014/40/EU issued by the European Union in April 2014, electronic cigarette products must be notified and publicized 6 months before entering the market for sale, with a nicotine content of less than 20mg/ml.

3、 Middle East (United Arab Emirates)
According to the requirements of GSO 5030, ECAS registration is carried out, including four ECAS registrations: labels, cigarette oil/cartridges, RoHS, and electronic cigarette devices, with nicotine content less than 20mg/ml.
Testing and certification requirements: RoHS, CB certification for smoking utensils and batteries, GSO ISO 8317 child protection, analysis of harmful substances in smoke and oil, etc.
4、 Korea
According to the requirements of the Korean Tobacco Industry Law, electronic cigarettes using natural nicotine oil are allowed to pass customs if the nicotine content is less than 1% (equivalent to 10mg/ml), and an individual consumption tax of 370 Korean won is levied for every 1 liter of nicotine solution. Nicotine free tobacco oil requires ingredient testing and taxation based on its composition.

5、 Japan
It is not allowed to sell e-cigarettes containing nicotine, and the market mainly focuses on heating non burning tobacco products.

6、 UK
The requirement to participate in the European Union needs to be notified separately at MHRA.
