The above labeling requirements can be waived if the following conditions are also met:

1. The surface area of the cookware cannot accommodate a product label of at least 2 square inches; and

2. The cookware has no outer container or packaging that can display or affix product labels, and no labels or other accessories with product information.

Also, from January 1, 2024, manufacturers cannot claim that cookware does not contain any PFAS substances unless a separate PFAS substance has not been intentionally added.

Change pads;

Baby extra bed;

Baby or Toddler Bed Mattress;

Floor Play Mat;

High chairs and high chair cushions;

Baby rocker;

baby carrier;

Baby or Toddler Foam Pillow;

Baby seat;

Baby sleep tracker;

baby swing;

Baby travel cot;

baby walker;

nap bed;

Nursing pads, nursing pillows;

game mat;

Playpen;

play bed;

Polyurethane foam pads, cushions or pillows;

Portable Foam Nap Mat;

Portable Cribs & Portable Hook Chairs;

Soft Side Portable Crib;

Stroller;

"Baby Products" does not include:

Electronic products, including personal computers, audio and video equipment, calculators, wireless telephones, game consoles, handheld devices with video screens, or any related peripherals such as mice, keyboards, power supply units or power cords;

Internal components of juvenile products that do not come into direct contact with a child's skin or mouth during reasonably foreseeable use and abuse;

Adult Mattress.
