The GB6675 standard is the mandatory technical requirement for toy safety in my country. These standards specify mechanical and physical properties, flammability, chemical and electrical properties, hygienic requirements, radioactive properties, labeling requirements, their implementation and supervision, legal liability and product-specific requirements. The China GB6675 toy testing process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Project application
1. Submit an application: Submit a testing application to a third-party testing agency with dual qualifications of CMA and CNAS. You can learn about the specific application process and required materials through the official website, telephone or direct door-to-door consultation.
2. Prepare information: According to the requirements of the testing agency, prepare a series of documents, including but not limited to business license, product design drawings, raw material list, production process description, product manual, parts list, circuit schematic diagram, etc. This information is the basis for assessing whether a toy meets safety standards.
2. Sample submission for inspection
1. Select samples: Select representative toy samples, usually 2-3 in number, to ensure that the samples are not specially treated and remain original to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

3. Laboratory testing
1. Test content: The testing agency will test the mechanical and physical properties, flammability, chemical safety, etc. of the toys in accordance with the GB6675 standard. This includes multi-dimensional testing such as pull force, drop, sharp edge detection, and harmful substance content analysis.
2. Testing process: The testing agency will record the testing process in detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
4. Report preparation and issuance
1. Preparation of report: After the test is completed, the testing engineer will prepare a test report based on the experimental data. The report content covers basic product information, test items, detection methods, result analysis and conclusions, etc.
2. Review and issuance: The audited and correct test report will be officially issued by the testing agency and stamped with CMA and CNAS. This report is the official certification that toy products comply with the GB6675 standard.
5. Follow-up matters
1. Certificate validity period: There is no clear validity period for GB6675 testing. However, if the product changes or relevant regulations are updated, the GB6675 test needs to be changed accordingly to comply with the requirements of the exporting country.
2. Cost issue: Product GB6675 testing only tests the product and does not require factory audit. As long as there are no changes to the product or updates to standards and regulations, no other follow-up costs will be incurred.
