MSDS is a comprehensive legal document on the characteristics of chemicals that chemical production or sales companies provide to customers in accordance with legal requirements. It provides sixteen items including physical and chemical parameters of chemicals, combustion and explosion properties, health hazards, safe use and storage, leakage disposal, first aid measures and relevant laws and regulations.

To apply for an English MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) report for cleaning soft glue, you can follow the steps below:

1. Determine product information: First, you need to determine the exact name, ingredients, supplier information, etc. of the cleaning soft glue. This information will be listed in the first section of the MSDS, "Product and Company Identification".

2. Identify hazards: According to the Global Harmonized System (GHS), clean soft rubber is classified to determine whether it is flammable, corrosive, toxic, etc., and provide corresponding warning statements and preventive measures. This information will be included in the "Hazard Identification" section of the MSDS.

3. Ingredient information: List the chemical names and CAS numbers of all ingredients in the cleaning soft glue, as well as their content percentages. If the proportions of certain ingredients are trade secrets, they can be labeled "trade secrets." This information will be included in the "Ingredient Information" section of the MSDS.

4. First aid measures: Describe first aid measures if cleaning soft gel comes into contact with skin, eyes, or is swallowed. This information will be included in the "First Aid Measures" section of the MSDS.

5. Firefighting Measures: Provide the types of fire extinguishing agents suitable for extinguishing fires caused by cleaning soft glue, as well as the specific hazards that may arise in a fire. This information will be included in the "Firefighting Measures" section of the MSDS.

6. Accidental Release Measures: Describe personal precautions, emergency procedures, and clean-up methods. This information will be included in the "Accidental Release Measures" section of the MSDS.

7. Handling and Storage: Provide precautions for safe handling and storage conditions. This information will be included in the "Handling and Storage" section of the MSDS.

8. Exposure controls and personal protection: Provide engineering controls, personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitation measures. This information will be included in the "Exposure Controls and Personal Protection" section of the MSDS.

9. Physical and chemical properties: Provide physical and chemical properties of cleaning soft glue, such as appearance, color, odor, pH value, flash point, etc. This information will be included in the "Physical and Chemical Properties" section of the MSDS.

10. Stability and Reactivity: Describe the stability and possible hazardous reactions of cleaning gels. This information will be included in the "Stability and Reactivity" section of the MSDS.

11. Toxicological information: Provide toxicological information about cleaning soft glue, including acute toxicity, skin corrosion/irritation, serious eye damage/irritation, etc. This information will be included in the "Toxicological Information" section of the MSDS.

12. Ecological information: Provides information on the environmental impacts of cleaning soft glue, including ecotoxicity, persistence and bioaccumulation potential. This information will be included in the "Ecological Information" section of the MSDS.

13. Disposal considerations: Provides disposal methods and considerations for cleaning soft glue. This information will be included in the "Obsolescence Considerations" section of the MSDS.

14. Transportation information: If the cleaning soft glue needs to be transported, provide the relevant UN number, appropriate shipping name, transportation hazard classification, etc. This information will be included in the "Shipping Information" section of the MSDS.

15. Regulatory information: Provide regulatory information related to cleaning soft glue, such as TSCA, SARA, California Proposition 65, etc. This information will be included in the "Regulatory Information" section of the MSDS.

Please note that the creation of MSDS requires specialized knowledge and is usually completed by professional health and safety experts or chemists. If you are a manufacturer or supplier, you may want to contact a professional MSDS provider or use an online MSDS database to create and update your MSDS.
