What are the regulations on electronic cigarettes in Italy?

Due to litigation, Italy suspended the implementation of the Decree "DECRETO 7 marzo 2022" published on March 7, 2022, which stipulates the notification fees and payment methods for electronic cigarette products, and suspended them until November 18, 2022.

The export of electronic cigarette products to various countries needs to comply with relevant regulations and standards, and the domestic mandatory standard of electronic cigarette GB 41700-2022 has been enforced. After the implementation of the standards, the electronic cigarette products sold on the market must meet the national standards. The products and services that do not meet the mandatory standards shall not be produced, sold, imported or provided.
