The birth of a finished product comes from the repeated testing of multiple samples, so as to achieve the desired taste experience.

The reliability test items of the electronic neutralizer are generally divided into three parts: the finished electronic atomizer, the electronic neutralizer and the battery. However, with the gradual change of the structure of the electronic neutralizer and the development trend of integrated design, the testing items of its finished products are almost integrated with the testing of the atomizer.

Relevant test items of electronic cigarette products:

The taste experience of an electronic cigarette is generally measured from the number of cigarettes smoked, the air flow, the amount of smoke, whether there is oil leakage, whether there is burning smell, and the temperature of the contact between the surface of the electronic cigarette and the surface of the smoker during the heating process, namely the working temperature.

1. Number of mouths

2. Air flow

The automatic smoking machine tests the smoke oil, sets the smoking time and pause time of the equipment timer, for example, smoking for 2 seconds and stopping for 5 seconds, and tests the suction force of the machine when the smoking smoke volume is normal.

3. Smoke volume

4. Oil leakage

Battery related test items

The battery test mentioned here is not a separate test for the battery, but a test to determine whether the requirements of the battery for the entire product meet the requirements.

1. Battery capacity

Use the positive and negative electrode clamps of the battery divider to clamp the positive and negative electrode lugs of the battery respectively.

2. Static current

Static current of battery control panel, static current of battery cell.

3. Charging function

The output voltage and current of the power supply shall be consistent with the input voltage and current of the charger.

4. Smoking function

When smoking, the LED light is on, and the smoke volume of the atomizer is not less than the real smoke. According to the standard in the product specification, the adjustable voltage battery can adjust the maximum and minimum voltage by rotating the tail.

5. Smoking overtime protection

According to the battery continuous working time standard in the product specification, press and hold the battery switch key to smoke, reach the maximum continuous working time of the battery under the working state, and turn off the output when the LED light flashes.

6. Short circuit protection

During the smoking process, the heating wire is short-circuited, the battery has no output, and the LED light flashes.

7. Low voltage protection

When the battery voltage is lower than the minimum voltage standard in the product specification, the LED flashes after the smoke button, indicating that the battery has no output.

8. Charging protection

When the battery voltage is charged to the rated value, the internal automatically disconnects the charge to prevent overcharging.

9. Overcurrent protection

When the discharge current of the battery after loading is greater than the standard required by the electronic cigarette, the battery will automatically shut down and stop discharging.

10. Charging time

The standard time when the battery is fully charged at low voltage.
