CPC Certification Requirements
The CPC certificate must be based on the test results of a third-party testing laboratory recognized by CPSC; (De Zewei is authorized by CPSC)
The seller issues the CPC certificate, and third-party laboratories can provide assistance in drafting the CPC certificate;
Children's products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations.
CPC certificate contains information
The product identification information covered by this certificate;
CPSC child product safety regulations referenced by certified products;
The company information of the United States import or manufacturer requiring certification;
Contact information of test data maintenance personnel;
Product production date and production address, which need to be detailed to the city;
Date and location of compliance testing of consumer product safety regulations (information from third-party testing agencies);
A third-party laboratory approved by the cpsa for certification of required compliance testing.
CPC Test Type
Initial test: product secondary test;
Material change test: If there is a change in the material, it needs to be retested;
Periodic testing: As a supplement to material change testing, if continuously produced, any material changes must be tested regularly for at least one year.
Component testing: Generally, finished products are tested, and in some special cases, all components are tested to prove the conformity of the final product.
The CPC certificate can only be tested by a third-party testing laboratory recognized by CPSA and issued based on the test report.
