In order to improve product safety, energy efficiency and protect the environment, the government of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the United Arab Emirates) has adopted mandatory regulations for specific products sold to the United Arab Emirates market. According to the requirements of GSO 5030, ECAS registration was carried out, including four ECAS registration of labels, cigarette oil/smoke cartridges, RoHS and Electronic cigarette equipment, with nicotine content less than 20mg/ml. Testing and certification requirements: RoHS, CB certification for smoking utensils and batteries, GSO ISO 8317 child protection, analysis of harmful substances in smoke and oil, etc.

According to the ESMA announcement, all products within the scope of ECAS certification should be labeled with the ECAS logo and NB number. But considering actual execution issues, ESMA has updated the execution schedule.
