On September 2, 2022, the UK Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published Bulletin 0063/22, updating the list of specified standards for the UK Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011 No. 1881). This proposal was implemented on September 1, 2022.
The update involves six toy standards, EN 71-2, EN 71-3, EN 71-4, EN 71-7, EN 71-12 and EN 71-13.
The full list of designated standards to which the UK Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011 No. 1881) refer (from 1 September 2022) is as follows:
