1、 The main contents of the cigarette oil notice shall include:

2、 Requirements for smoke oil and liquid receiver:

Cigarette oil containing nicotine is only put on the market in the filling container, and the volume of the filling container is not more than 10mL. In the disposable electronic cigarette or single-use cigarette cartridge, the volume of the cigarette cartridge or liquid container is not more than 2mL.

3、 Requirements for nicotine:

1. The content of nicotine in tobacco oil containing nicotine shall not exceed 20mg/mL;

2. Under normal use conditions, the nicotine release of electronic cigarettes should be maintained at a stable level.

5、 Overview of registration process (EU TPD)

1. Registration (ECAS).

2. Apply for a submitter ID.

3. Table submitterid_ registtatingform_ En (completed in about 10 working days).

4. After the registration is completed, notify the administrator by email, indicating that the ID registration is successful, and indicate the ECAS and submitter ID.

5. After success, log in to the account opening information platform (EU-CEG) to fill in the information, upload the attachment, and select different countries to submit the information separately.

6、 Electronic cigarette product report processing process:

1. Confirm the inspected products and fill in the inspection application form;

2. Express the inspection products to the laboratory;

3. Notify merchants of payment after review;

4. The testing laboratory arranges the test after the payment is confirmed;

5. Issue test report after test;

6. Express the test report to the merchant after confirmation.
