The contents of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein and butanedione in the carbonyl compounds in the electronic smoke liquid and the electronic smoke sol can be calculated after the derivatization reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine under acidic conditions and the analysis by the special instrument for laboratory detection. Although the principle is the same, the difference between the sample pretreatment of electronic cigarette liquid and the emission of electronic cigarette is not small. For electronic cigarette liquid, the derivation process can be completed by weighing a certain amount of cigarette liquid sample and adding a certain amount of derivatization reagent; However, for electronic smoke emissions, fixed capture devices are required to collect aerosol samples.
