Can CPC certification prove that the product complies with multiple children's product safety regulations?

yes. For example, if you prove that your product complies with the phthalate ban, toy safety standards, total lead and paint lead limits, small parts requirements, and other applicable regulations, then Part 2 of your children's product certificate will be as follows:

16 CFR Part 1307: Prohibition of Children's Toys and Child Care Products Containing Designated Phthalates ASTM F963-17, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety. (Note: You must list the numerical part of the special toy safety standards that you want to certify. Please see this list in all sections.)

15 USC 1278a: Lead in children's products

16 CFR Part 1303 prohibits the use of lead containing coatings and certain consumer products containing lead containing coatings in children's toys and other items.

16 CFR Part 1501, Small Parts Prohibition for toys and other items for children under 3 years of age that pose a risk of suffocation, inhalation, or ingestion.

If your product is subject to additional mandatory regulations, rules, prohibitions, or standards that currently require third-party testing and certification, you should also include references to such regulations, rules, prohibitions, or standards.

Do I need a CPC certificate for every shipment of my product?

yes. The law requires that each batch of imported (and domestic manufacturers) goods must be accompanied by the required certificates. This requirement applies to imported products and domestically produced products. According to the regulations of the Consumer Product Safety Commission of the United States, if an electronic certificate is identified by a unique identifier and can be accessed through a World Wide Web URL or other electronic means, as long as the URL or other electronic means and the unique identifier are pre created and can be used with the goods, the electronic certificate is "accompanying" the goods.
